About the Role
We are looking for a Product Technical Leader to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget.
The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead robust product design and development from concept through delivery.
- Act as the technical interface between the company and its customers, ensuring effective technical communication and alignment.
- Drive key design reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage project planning, investments, and key technical milestones.
- Coordinate R&D teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Ensure technical solutions are robust, standardized, and aligned with project objectives.

Requisitos mínimos
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and influence functional teams.
- 5–7 years of experience in product development processes.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and customer-facing environments.
